When applying to etablish a new IFTA or Non-IFTA account, at the time of application, you must furnish 2 forms of I.D. and proof of physical address (no PO box numbers). This ID includes a current and valid photo driver's license and a secondary document that confirms the physical address of the applicant and/or business. This document can be a property tax bill, vehicle registration, insurance card, utility bill or similar document that confirms the physical address of the applicant/ business. Photo ID's are the only proof of identification and physical address necessary when renewing already established accounts in good standing.
