To replace a lost or stolen registration card or renewal sticker, only a valid PA drivers license or state ID is required along with basic vehicle information (ie. VIN number, PA tag number, etc). Only current owner may obtain registration materials.
If you renewed directly with the state and never received your renewed materials, you may stop in and we'll take care of the replacement on the spot. If it's within 90 days from when you renewed, just our service fee applies (no state fee).
If you need to replace a vehicle title, please bring in a valid PA drivers license and any basic vehicle information (ie. VIN or Tag #). If more than one owner is listed, both must be present to apply for the duplicate title.
We can not replace a plate for permanent trailers, antique, classic or apportion tags instantly. Paperwork to accomplish replacing those specific tags will be sent to PennDOT.
