Bring a valid PA drivers license or state ID to apply for a personalized plate. There is a one time fee for the plate (followed by a yearly registration renewal like normal). We do not have capability to check for what is available. The application allows for up to 3 choices.
The turnaround time to receive your personalized plate is 4-6 weeks.
